Are you an Umbrella Company ?
No. Umbrella Companies take advantage of temporary workplace expenses rules to allow their employees to make a slightly higher return than they would as an employee of their agency or client. An umbrella company is restrictive to contractors in both the type of expenses they can claim, the duration of the contract that theycan take on, and the fact that they must become the umbrella company's employee.

Yes, every contract is reviewed and negotiated as required to ensure it is IR35 compliant.
